  • 01What's the difference between will-call and automatic delivery?

    Will-call means you call us when you need oil. Automatic means we watch degree days and your usage history and deliver before you run low. No thinking required.

  • 02Is there a minimum order?

    We try to make the math work for both of us. Call and we'll walk through the options for your tank size.

  • 03What's your service area?

    We cover Yonkers, much of Westchester County, and the Northern Bronx, north up to the Katonah area. For home heating oil our core is Southern Westchester. Not sure if you're in our zone? Call (914) 476-5320 and ask.

  • 04Do you service multi-family buildings?

    Yes. We deliver to 2-, 3-, and 5-family homes and larger multi-family buildings. Property managers can call to set up a delivery schedule.

  • 05What if I run out at night or on a weekend?

    Call us. We answer the phone, and we run emergency deliveries (nights, weekends, and holidays) when the heat goes out, not just during business hours.
